How's it going my gumdrops? Earlier, I watched Bleach, Naruto Shippuden, Blue Exorcist, and Black Lagoon. I marathoned Blue Exorcist in Japanese on Crunchyroll last week, as well. I really hate the fact, that next Saturday, Swimnami is airing Space Dandy re-runs in Naruto Shippuden's time slot. Space Dandy upsets Blue Exorcist and Black Lagoon's
times. Luckily, I've already watched both of those Anime completely. I'm only re-watching them in English as
refreshers on Swimnami. LOL! Space Dandy should be removed from the block, since Japan's not currently world premiering new episodes. Next Saturday, Attack on Titan will premiere in Space Dandy's original time slot. I have yet to watch Attack on Titan. A YouTube vlogger/friend of mine highly recommended it to me several times but I'm always busy doing something else.
Attack on Titan Trailer
I hope Attack on Titan is worth all the hype it's been getting in cyber space. Some viewers are waiting until the hype dies down, in order to watch Attack on Titan. Some Anime fans don't realize how much they can repulse potential fans from wanting to watch a series. Their antics repulse people in general from watching Anime. Repulsing Anime fans from watching a particular series makes it worse. Some fan boys and girls need to relax and let other viewers enjoy a series without putting certain shows on pedestals. Recently, I watched a YouTube vlogger give his thoughts about Attack on Titan.
Attack on Titan English Subs & Dubs Thoughts
According to what I browsed online, Attack on Titan falls under the categories of Dark Fantasy,
Dystopian, and Tragedy. By the show being labeled a Tragedy, I can
only imagine the numbers of main characters being dead, before I watch
it. I don't know what it is about filmmakers and screenwriters in Asia, that always
require major tragedies. I guess I've been spoiled with always
watching American shows and movies, that have happy endings. It doesn't
matter if someone's watching an Asian Comedy or not, the writers and
filmmakers will always find ways to put their audience into a Debbie Downer mood.
My goal this week is to watch Attack on Titan. This is only because I want to
see, if it's as good as some Anime fans claim. I can't help
reiterating how obnoxious some fans can be about shows, when they
aren't worth all the hype they've been given.
this Cartoon Sunday I have HIM scenes from The Powerpuff Girls. I
haven't shown any PPG's in a while. Although, these scenes are mostly about the character, HIM. He's this androgynous hybrid of a
crab and the devil, who loves feeding off people's negative emotions.
HIM really loves preying on Bubbles because she's characterized as being
emotionally weak and a crybaby. In The Whoopass Girls shorts, HIM was
acknowledged as being the devil compared to being called "HIM" in the
child-friendly version (a.k.a. The Powerpuff Girls). My favorite
episodes of HIM are "Telephonies," "HIM Diddle Riddle," "The Boys Are
Back In Town," and "Custody Battle." Next Cartoon Sunday, I intend to
post an episode of The Powerpuff Girls, that NEVER aired in America.
It's that controversial. Therefore, you might want to stay tuned. LOL!
Anyway, here are the best of HIM's moments.
